Create yourself a toolbar button or bookmarklet which will enable you to quickly create short URL's for any page you may be on at a click of a button.
To create the bookmarklet just drag the following link to your toolbar or bookmarks. If you cannot drag the link try a right-click on your mouse and then "Add to Favourites".
